Ceramic Mug Workshop 11.11.26

£45.00

This workshop focuses on the ancient pinch pot technique - the most meditative way to work with clay. Using just your hands, you’ll learn to "grow" a ball of clay into a beautiful, organic mug that bears the unique marks of your touch.

When: 11th November, 6:30-8:30pm

Where: Top Cuvee, Bethnal Green Road, E2 0AA

Free welcome drink and olive snacks included in ticket price.

What’s involved:

  • The Technique: Master the rhythmic pinching method to create even walls and a comfortable, rustic form.

  • Fully Customisable: The shape is up to you. Add textured stamps, carve in your initials, or experiment with a funky "wonky" handle.

  • The Finish: Keep the raw fingerprint texture for a wabi-sabi look or smooth it down for a modern finish.

  • The Result: You can choose to leave your mug with us to be professionally fired and glazed. This makes it food-safe, and your mug will be ready for pickup within 8 weeks.

  • Skill Level: Absolute beginners welcome.

All materials and guidance provided.

Spaces are limited, so book early to save your spot!

Please note: If you would like to leave your item with us to be fired we kindly ask for a £10 fee towards the glazing and firing costs. If you choose not to fire your item, please note it can only be used for decorative purposes.

Tickets are non-refundable.
