  • Cici Studios offers relaxed, creative painting and ceramics workshops designed for beginners and those looking to reconnect with their creativity. Our sessions focus on process, play, and community rather than perfection.

    We run in-person workshops and classes, host pop-ups and special events and offer private group bookings for birthdays, hen parties, team socials and brand collaborations.

  • All public events and workshops can be booked directly through our website. Simply choose the event location (Manchester or London) you’d like to attend, select from the workshops available and complete your booking online. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail as sometimes emails can end up there!

    Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out.

  • We offer private workshops for birthdays, hen parties, team socials and special celebrations. Private events can be tailored to your group size, occasion and preferred creative activity.

    To enquire about a private booking, please contact us via our website or email with your preferred date, group size, and any ideas you have in mind. We’ll get back to you with availability, pricing, and next steps.

  • Our pricing varies depending on the type of workshop or event. Public workshops are priced per person and include all materials and guidance needed during the session, unless stated otherwise.

    For ceramics workshops, firing and glazing are optional and can be added on the night for an additional £10 per piece. This covers glazing and kiln firing after the session.

    Private events are priced based on group size, workshop type and any customisation requested. Full pricing details are shared at the time of booking or enquiry.

  • Terms & Conditions

    These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and participation in workshops, classes, and events run by Cici Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or attending a workshop, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    Cici Studios is a creative studio offering painting and ceramics workshops, classes, and related experiences, delivered in-person and occasionally online.

    2. Bookings & Payments

    • All bookings must be made via our website or an authorised booking platform.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

    • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

    • Your place on a workshop is only secured once payment has been received.

    3. Cancellations & Transfers (Workshops & Classes)

    Please note that all bookings are non-refundable.

    • Once a booking has been made, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

    • If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. Please notify us by email in advance with the new attendee’s name.

    • In some cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a date transfer or credit, but this is not guaranteed.

    Failure to attend a workshop without prior notice will result in the loss of your booking.

    4. Cancellations by Cici Studios

    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, low attendance, venue issues).

    • If we cancel a workshop, you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to a future date. Refunds will only be issued if a transfer is not possible.

    • We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g. travel or accommodation).

    5. Late Arrivals

    • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important instruction.

    • In some cases, late arrival may mean we are unable to accommodate your participation, and no refund will be issued.

    6. Participation & Conduct

    • Workshops are suitable for beginners unless otherwise stated.

    • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the session.

    • We reserve the right to refuse participation or ask someone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be given in such cases.

    7. Health & Safety

    • Some workshops involve materials, tools, and equipment that may carry a risk of injury if used incorrectly.

    • By attending, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own safety.

    • Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility requirements prior to attending.

    8. Ceramics-Specific Terms (if applicable)

    • Ceramic pieces may crack, warp, or change colour during firing. This is a natural part of the process.

    • We cannot guarantee outcomes of fired work and do not offer refunds for imperfections caused during firing.

    • Please allow 8-10 weeks for the (optional) firing and glazing process.

    • Finished pieces must be collected within 4 weeks of notification. Items not collected within 4 weeks may be disposed of due to limited storage space.

    9. Gift Vouchers

    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

    • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

    10. Photography & Content

    • We may take photographs or videos during workshops for marketing and social media purposes.

    • By attending, you consent to the use of images in which you may appear.

    • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the session.

    11. Intellectual Property

    • All workshop content, materials, and instructions remain the intellectual property of Cici Studios.

    • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

    12. Website Use

    • You must not misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its functionality.

    • We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

    13. Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cici Studios shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in workshops, except where caused by our negligence.

    • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
